Kwasi Boadu Ntiamoah

Kwasi Boadu Ntiamoah graduated with BSc. Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Ghana. He is versatile, self-motivated and visionary leader with distinct records of completion of innovative projects. In the cause of solving global environmental issues, he has won several laurels which include, the “Innovation and Biodiversity Award,” during 2014 Quarry Life Awards in Czech Republic, awarded by HeidelbergCement Group, and the “Tertiary Category Award” in 2015 by Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) during 2015 Engineering Excellence Awards.

Boadu believes service to environment is great service to humanity. He is a member of Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) which operates under the auspices of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). He educates the youth on environment and other related disciplines. He was nominated for ‘Best Energy Reporter’ category during 2017 Ghana Energy Awards, Accra, Ghana.

He served as the Public Relations Officer and Editor-in-Chief of Chamber of Mines Hall, the Secretary of UMaT SRC Editorial Board, the Chairman of Chamber of Mines Hall Editorial Board at UMaT from 2013 to 2014. He is responsible for organising environmental advocacies, and conducting environmental sustainability researches for the NGO in contributing to the achievement of  AU Agenda 2063 and UN Agenda 2030.
